Day to Day Responsibilities
- Perform exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Provide restorative, preventive, cosmetic dental procedures.
- Use digital imaging for accurate diagnoses.
- Build lasting patient relationships through communication.
- Collaborate with specialists on complex dental cases.
- Mentor staff and encourage clinical excellence.
- Maintain accurate records within Dentrix system.
Qualifications & Skills
- DDS/DMD degree with Massachusetts dental license.
- 2 years of clinical dental experience.
- Skilled in restorative and basic endodontics.
- Experienced with digital dental workflow systems.
- DEA registration and CPR certification required.
- Strong communication with patient-focused care approach.
- Builds patient trust and team collaboration.
- Efficient patient care with strong attention.
