Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Perform exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
  • Provide restorative, preventive, cosmetic dental procedures.
  • Use digital imaging for accurate diagnoses.
  • Build lasting patient relationships through communication.
  • Collaborate with specialists on complex dental cases.
  • Mentor staff and encourage clinical excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records within Dentrix system.
Qualifications & Skills
  • DDS/DMD degree with Massachusetts dental license.
  • 2 years of clinical dental experience.
  • Skilled in restorative and basic endodontics.
  • Experienced with digital dental workflow systems.
  • DEA registration and CPR certification required.
  • Strong communication with patient-focused care approach.
  • Builds patient trust and team collaboration.
  • Efficient patient care with strong attention.
